Simply Tallow Skin was inspired by a quest to return to natural beauty and raw confidence.

My skincare range was born out of a deep desire to reconnect with the raw, unfiltered essence of “self-care”, says founder. It’s not just about skincare, it’s about embracing the wild, authentic energy within, shedding layers of societal expectations, and feeling radiant in our natural skin, feeding our skin, nurturing oneself and letting yourself glow with nothing but the bare Tallow on your skin.
This journey of creating Simply Tallow has been one of self-discovery and empowerment for myself, founder added. Shedding my own perceptions of what beautiful “feels like”. It was about taking a step back and reconnecting with a simpler, more natural way of living. Simply Tallow is an invitation, to return and connect to that wild spirit that is within all of us, to return to a more natural beauty and feeling comfortable in your own skin. Wild woman don’t feel the need to conceal or hide any part of themselves, they glow simply because they embrace their raw, true beauty and I wanted to create a line that celebrated this unapologetic beauty, encouraging others to do the same. When woman use our products they come to appreciate their skin again, they see how their skin can glow with only a little bit of nourishment and self care. You really don’t need anything else. We create the space for you to discover this. You are beautiful. It’s a given. Nothing else is needed. I’ve seen the women that use my products they glow, they absolutely glow.

Sustainability is important in skincare, how do you ensure ethical sourcing of your ingredients?
My Grass-fed Free Range Tallow is locally sourced from one farm only. A local conscious meat company rearing free grazing animals with a hands-on farming approach, caring for the land with a deep respect for the environment and sustainable farming practices. I personally go and collect all our Tallow on the farm from his farm based butchery. Walking the land, speaking to the farmer and seeing the space where all our Tallow comes from.

What skincare rituals do you recommend for someone using Simply Tallow Skin Care?
At Simply Tallow Skin, our skincare routine is intentionally simple. I recommend starting with one of our facial soaps, using it both morning and evening. Afterward, apply one of our moisturizers. The key is to be present during this process. Take a small amount of Moisturizer-a little bit goes a long way, gently massage it into your fingertips and then massage it into your skin with intention. As you do this, focus on the sensation of nourishing your skin and take the time to reconnect with and love your skin again. It’s all about self-care.
