The opportunity to create Cozy In Jozi came about by chance just a year ago. My husband and I live in the area and always keep an eye on the property market, says founder. One day, we went to view a home for sale, and while there, we noticed a guesthouse at the back of the property. The estate agent informed us that the owner was semi-retiring and had decided to subdivide and sell off part of the land.
We saw great potential in this property and thought it would make a fantastic side business alongside our main company. After the subdivision, we took over and began making improvements, while I focused on enhancing the décor and adding thoughtful touches to create a warm, inviting, and peaceful atmosphere.
Because everyone loves beautiful spaces, the property has a European-style ambiance as I wanted to bring a modern yet cozy flair to the place, from stylish furnishings to top-tier comfort with high-quality finishes and cleanliness. I approached everything with passion and attention to detail, ensuring that the same level of care and luxury I put into my own home is reflected in the guesthouse.

5 Premium Queen Rooms (Upstairs):
*3 rooms with full en-suite bathrooms and private balconies.
*2 rooms with en-suite showers (no balcony).

*Studio Apartment: Open-plan living area with kitchenette.
