“Sparkling wine has always been my favourite drink,” she shares. “What started as a love affair with mimosas turned into a full-blown commitment.” That commitment now lives in a growing collection of wines: the signature Cap Classique, a soulful Merlot, a zesty Sauvignon Blanc, and the newest addition, the purposeful and poetic Bombas Rosé. The name Bombas isn’t a clever marketing creation, it’s her surname. “My dream is for Bombas to be a proudly African brand, recognised internationally for both its story and its quality.” But beyond that?
